About Jarrett Slade

Jarrett Slade is an aspiring cinematographer. He achieved the award of Eagle Scout at 17. He's also worked ITVFest. He has helped out during the musicals and very involved in the music programs around BBA. He is very passionate about film making and want to work hard to achieve his goals. Jarrett has took Cinema: Foundations and hopes to better his skills this year in studio and advanced projects. He also got an award for saving his dad life when 11 and was in a documentary for Boy Scout life saving. He also really enjoys playing in circuits and after school with the creative arts department. He helps out during C block and assist in working with the foundation students. His hobbies are skateboarding and playing instruments like the piano and drum set. He works at Equinox village 5 times a week and serves dinner to the residents. 

He's traveled to every state besides Hawaii, Wisconsin, New Mexico, Nevada, and Oklahoma. He's also went to Europe this past spring with the creative arts department. He went to Prague, Vienna, Salzburg, and Lucerne. He took a tour through Prague and went to many cathedrals and really enjoyed it. In salzburg he went on a bike ride around to see sites of The Sound of Music. He also went through a salt mine which was breathtaking and went to the House of Music which was a fun experience. In Vienna he went to a art museum and saw some amazing paintings and sculptures. In Lucerne he went around sightseeing and stayed at a campus there that had breathtaking views. He also went to Neuschwanstein Castle, which is actually what they modeled the Disney castle after and it was one of his favorite moments.
